WORK PROCESS

PARTICIPANTS :15-17 years old
HOW MANY countries will participate: depends who will be interested, but not more than 10.

  JANUARY

Introduction
​ACTIVITIES:
1.In order to introduce each other students from each country will first create a quiz about their country that other partners will have to solve.
2.Students from all countries will make a short video about their school where they will introduce each other.
3.Each group uploads a group photo with the names of the students.

February

Orientation
1.Topic : introduce everyone with the topic - The European Unesco Heritage
2.Why that topic - because 2018 is the year of Cultural Heritage
ACTIVITIES:
1.Each partner prepares ppt presentation and the mural/board exhibition in their school about what is The UNESCO, selection criteria and the importance of that organisation.
2.Participants create a timeline of all the activities of the project (timetoaster), timeline can be added to mural/board exhibition

   March

CENTRAL ACTIVITY:
Students create a short video (not more than 4 min.) about their town and explain why it is on the UNESCO List of Heritage. Participants in groups of 4/5 present 5 most important monuments in their town, explain and show how the monuments shape their identity and everyday life.(windows movie maker or other)

     April

ACTIVITY:
All the participants watch the videos from other countries and make a map  (Google map) of all the UNESCO cities included in the project and compare it with the UNESCO World Heritage map.While watching the videos they prepare  questions they are going to ask partners from other countries.

      May

FINAL ACTIVITIES:
1.Students will prepare questions and about the videos they watched and then video conferences will be organized in pairs ( 4 countries at a time) and everyone will exchange partners until they all participate. 
2.Teachers will create a quiz and organise a live meeting - video conference where the students from all partner schools will compete with each other by answering questions related to the project.
3.All students write a short summary (50 words) about what they have learned in the project and they put it on the padlet wall.
